Lot sizing accommodations vary from 22ft. to 60ft. We have corner lots, partial and fully shaded options, full utility hook-ups, and the ability to pull through or back in lots. Conveniently located by Walmart Supercenter, Bass Pro, Target and eating venues to choose from.
Monthly space rent starting at $1095 a month, $600 security deposit, Electricity and Garbage are billed separately – Water and Sewer is included. A $25 credit and background application fee per person over the age of 18 is required.
